The Conscious Coaching Certification
With the rise of AI, content will no longer be the differentiator in real estate coaching. And, with the explosion of coaches available, quality will become a priority.
What will separate the good from the great will be coaches that bring both the real-life experience of running a real estate business as well as the sophisticated coaching strategies proven in real estate and beyond.
That’s why we created our Conscious Coaching Certification leveraging best-in-class frameworks from Conscious Leadership to help you guide clients to operate from awareness and choice rather than auto-pilot.
The Experience
The six-month program includes:
- 2 day in-person kick-off.
- Bi-weekly virtual workshops (90 minutes).
- Weekly learning partner meetings (30 min).
- Comprehensive workbook.
- Monthly practical hours (2 hours).
- 1 day in-person closing meeting.
- 2 1:1 sessions with program leaders (1 hour each).
Once complete, you are eligible for external promotion of your coaching business by The Helm across all our growing communities & partners.
Who You Are
- You are a woman with 10+ years as a successful solo agent or team leader.
- You have coached for at least one year or completed our Kickstarter program.
- You know doing your own "work" is key to helping others do theirs.
- You are passionate about helping others find success.
- You believe there is room for everyone "at the table."
